Subject: We Love Pippin!!!

Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2004

Dear Dale and Jane,

Hope this finds you both well and happy. This is an update (long due) to our over the top love of Pippin. We are so happy that we brought him into our lives. Pippin is absolutely beautiful, loving, smart and high spirited. No flies on this baby - he is so totally aware of everything!! Monty (older incumbent ) has great difficulty getting anything over on him. However, they have bonded well and are great company for each other. Our cavaliers rule the roost here, as you can see from one of theattached pics their favorite bed is the sofa!!

We all went to New York for Christmas. Both babies flew in the cabin with us. The trip ( both ways ) was seamless....so well behaved. We are adding "travels well" to Pippin's resume. Everyone, including my octagenarian parents, were enamoured with Pippin. I now get requests for pictures of Pippin and Monty rather than my children!!

Wanted to thank you for such a wonderful and healthy puppy. He is now six months old, has been with us four months and we can't imagine life without him.

Best Regards,
Annemarie Busch

Dear Dale and Jane:
This is just a quick note to let you know that Molly Dana is doing well. As you know, today is her birthday (4 mos. old) and she will be getting her rabies vaccine tomorrow at the vets. In addition, she has completed three weeks of her puppy kindergarten class. She can sit, stay, come, walk with a leash, and she knows her name. She also gets alot of treats because the instructor works the dogs with positive training skills. Molly is the cutest dog in the class. My next-door-neighbor told me that she is the cutest dog in the neighborhood. Having Molly has been a blessing to me and my husband.

Thanks again.

Sandra Dana

Dear Dale and Jane,

Have we told you lately how much we love this boy? All I can say is thank
you again for this wonderful addition to our family! Our sweet Blenheim boy
is now a year and a half old. He is so healthy and has such a happy, gentle
disposition. He is the perfect companion for the whole family!
After losing our 17 year old cocker spaniel, we never thought we could
love another this much. But, he has warmed our hearts, laps and beds just
like he was bred to do. Everything they say about this breed is true. He is
the ultimate companion!
Your loving care, early socialization, and attention to breeding is
demonstrated in producing such fine Cavaliers. See how beautiful he is!

Thank you again for our precious family member!

Hi Dale,
Well I'm telling you I'm so glad Mason and Dixon are here or I would be going nuts. The C-no pet fence people are coming Monday to rewire so no one can go near the driveway. Here's the dynamo duo at 5 mos.

I thought you would love to have some 5 mo old pictures of these two wild Indians. The fat black dog is Rudy, The fluffy cat is DooDoo Butt. The yorkie is Itty Bitty. Oh and you have to notice the new tile floor. It's awesome for clean ups..... They're all waiting for breakfast in most of these pictures. Smile Love ya,, Marda

Dear Dale,

You were right--he is a wonderful puppy! Alex has decided to name our Blenheim boy "Winston", and he has certainly captured all of our hearts. I am thrilled to say that he has far exceeded my already high expectations. He is always happy, very friendly to all, so playful and fun, and very affectionate. He and Alex have bonded beautifully as if they were always meant to be together.

Besides all those wonderful Cavalier characteristics, he has been "too good to be true." We have been very attentive to taking him outside frequently, and incredibly he has had no accidents! We tried your laundry-basket-next-to-the-bed trick, and he slept beautifully on his own for a full eight hours last night before waking! He is eating and drinking well, and loves to take naps in his beautiful "fit-for-a-king" bed (a gift from Alex's Gran and Grandpa and dog-loving Aunt Pam and Uncle Ed).

I am happy to say there are no signs of separation anxiety here, for which I am truly grateful. We love our new pup dearly and feel very blessed that he has come into our lives. You can rest assured that he has found a very loving home with us. Thank you so much for letting him come to us.

We will keep you updated, and we hope to be able to return for anothervisit
someday to meet the rest of your family.

Thanks again for everything,

Karen Patterson

Dear Dale,

Alex decided to name our Blenheim boy "Wiinston," and we are all
just so in love with him! You were right: he is a wonderful puppy! He is a true Cavalier in every respect: very playful and very affectionate. He is just as happy to be sleeping in a family member's lap as he is running and playing with Alex or the household cat, Bengal. He has such a happy spirit and is always glad to meet someone new. He doesn't know a stranger . . .

He has adapted so well to our family--eats well, sleeps well, growing well (7lbs5oz at his checkup 4/28/04). There have been no signs of separation anxiety!

Winston's first real outing was at our recent Petco grand opening, and he was the star of the store. Everyone who greeted him just loved him, and the store's manager held him several times and wanted to take him home with her.

Winston has brought such joy to our lives. I had very high expectations of him, and he has exceeded every one! I know my family will be happy to serve as a testimonial to the desirable attributes of this wonderful breed.

Thank you so much for allowing Winston to come into our lives. You can rest assured he has found a very loving home with us.

Sincerely,
Karen Patterson

Dale-

I want to touch base and let you know how much we love our cavalier puppy. My husband Drew and I came to your house the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and bought the Blenheim puppy you had left. We named him Sir Charles of Waverly; we live on Wavely Lane, so we thought this would be fitting. We call him "Charlie." He loves playing with our Lab, and they run throughout the house chasing each other all the time. Our boys, absolutely adore him, and love to hold and play with him. We feel so lucky to have him, and he has brought us a lot of joy.

I have to say, we have a lot of people inquire about him when we are out in the neighborhood, or if we take him anywhere. Of course I brag about him all the time to my co-workers and friends.

I also want to let you know that I have given your name out to a lady by the name of Patti, who fell in love with Charlie. We are building a pool right now, and she was helping me with tile, and I think she was more interested in Charlie, then helping me. I can't blame her. I gave her your number, and website, so hopefully she will contact you about a puppy.

I will send you some pictures in the near future.

Thanks again for all of your help, and let me know when puppies are available, I always love to see the pictures, and who knows, we might need another one some day.

Take Care,

Dani Kiran
